网络电能表集中器的设计与实现

摘要: 就预付费IC卡电能表系统存在种种弊端,提出网络电能表系统。整合北京电力公司范围内采用各种不同的通讯信道、在不同的居住条件下的低压用户数据采集和收费系统,实现全北京电力公司低压用户数据采集和收费的统一管理。着重分析了集中器的功能及其设计原理与具体实现。集中器已经通过中国电力科学院检测,开始正常运行,肩负着北京地区20多万居民用户的购电及数据采集。

Abstract: Due to many drawbacks in IC card prepayments watthour meter system, the paper puts forward network watthour meter system, integrates different communication network, implements unified management of lowvoltage automatic meter reading and charging system, introduces the function, design principle and implementation of concentrator. The concentrator is tested by China Electric Power Research Institute. This system takes on electricity purchasing of 200,000 residents in Beijing area and data collection of Electric Corporation.
